I paint instinctively, my moods change according to what is happening in my life and the world… the end result rarely turns out how I had planned. I love the act of putting paint on canvas, layers over layers.
I often completely obliterate a picture and start again until I am happy with it… I think the underpainting gives more depth to the finished artwork.
