These terms of use (“Terms”) explain your use of this website (the “Site”). By accessing and using the Site, you agree to the Terms.

Accessibility

We are committed to providing equal access and accessibility to the Site. We want everyone to be able to view and navigate the Site effectively and easily.  As the Site develops, we will work towards improved adherence to global accessibility guidelines.

The law refers to these as intellectual property rights (“IPRs”), including copyright, design, and trademark rights. We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in the Site and the content published on it.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest to any of the IPRs on the Site or its content.

We reserve our right to take any appropriate legal action required to protect or enforce our legal rights if you misuse the Site, its content or if you infringe our IPRs in any way.  Please also be aware that you are responsible for obeying all applicable laws in any relevant jurisdiction relating to the IPRs in the content.

You will not create a link to the Site without prior written permission from the Artist.
The Site may provide links to other sites or services not owned or controlled by us. 
Pease be aware that you will be subject to these other sites’ separate terms and conditions.

Restrictions on Use

You will not on or through the Site do any of the following:

(a) conduct any fraudulent, criminal offence or other unlawful activities.

(b) download or otherwise use any artwork, images, pictures, or other content from the Site without the expressed written permission of the Artist.

(c) impersonate any person or entity, using a false email address, to confuse, mislead or deceive others.

(d) resell or make commercial use of the Site and its content, any part thereof or any material thereon.

(e) collect or use any content descriptions, meta tags, or information except to view and evaluate information on the Site.

Access

Sometimes and possibly without notice, we may have to withdraw or suspend access to some or all of the Site. Whilst we do not expect this to happen regularly, if it does, we apologise if any inconvenience is caused.

Termination of Use

We may, at our sole discretion, terminate or limit access to or use of the Site at any time and without prior notice for breach of these Terms.

Liability

The Site and any related services are provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis. This means that there are no guarantees, conditions, or warranties (express or implied) offered by us or any third parties connected to us that the Site.

The Sites collects information by using cookies and other technologies (referred to here as 'cookies'). The cookies used on the Site do not collect directly identifiable personal information such as name, address, email address etc. However, certain cookies may collect information related to a unique ID or another identifier that allows a profile to be created when combined with other information.

General Terms

If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid, illegal, or for any reason unenforceable, then that part will be deemed deleted and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining parts. Any failure by us to enforce our rights or remedies under these Terms or otherwise shall not be construed as a waiver by us of those or any other rights or remedies.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales.  You irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with these Terms.

All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are fully reserved.
